1. Your warranties

The work is original and written by you. It has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration elsewhere. It does not infringe any copyright, trademark or other right. You have permission for any image, chart or data you include.

2. Accuracy and claims

Statements of fact are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any physiological or scientific statement is supported by a cited, published reference.

Your article must not:

• state or imply that any substance treats, prevents, cures or mitigates any disease or medical condition;
• recommend a dose or regimen to consumers;
• disparage a named competitor or product;
• promote a specific commercial product, yours or anyone else’s.

3. Links

A maximum of two outbound links, relevant to the content. All links in submitted articles carry rel="nofollow ugc". Submissions that exist to place a link will be rejected.

4. Licence

You keep copyright in your work. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, edit for length, style and compliance, translate, and promote the work on this site and our channels, with attribution to you.

5. Editorial control

Publication is at our sole discretion. We may edit, decline or remove any submission at any time without giving reasons. Submission does not guarantee publication and no fee is payable in either direction.

6. Indemnity

You indemnify us against all claims, losses and costs arising from a breach of these warranties, including claims of infringement or of unlawful health claims.

7. Removal

You may request removal of your article at any time by contacting us. We will action reasonable requests within 30 days.

8. Your data

Your name, company and biography are published with the article. Your email address is not published. See the privacy notice.
