This site is operated under the trading name Chemcartel, from India (“we”, “us”). It is an information and enquiry catalogue for nutraceutical and specialty ingredients. Correspondence is handled through the enquiry forms on this site, or at grievance@chemcartel.com. Full registered entity details are provided on written request.
This site is directed at business and professional users. It is not directed at consumers and nothing on it is consumer advice. By using the site you confirm you are acting in the course of a business.
Content is made available in all territories but is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its publication, or the supply of any listed ingredient, would be unlawful. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply into a market in which an ingredient is not permitted.
Ingredient listings are invitations to treat. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises until we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing.
Inclusion of an ingredient in this catalogue is not a representation that it is approved, registered, notified or permitted in any market. Any regulatory information shown is indicative, applies only to the market named, and is current only to the date shown. Any price indication is indicative and subject to written quotation.
You are responsible for satisfying yourself, independently, that an ingredient is permitted for your intended use in your market.
Import legality, licences and permits remain the buyer’s responsibility in the country of destination.
You are solely responsible for the composition, compliance, claims and labelling of any finished product incorporating an ingredient supplied by us, and for the permissibility of those claims in each market of sale. You will not re-export or on-supply any ingredient to a territory or party subject to sanctions or trade restrictions, nor to any prohibited use.
Information about research, applications or uses describes findings published by independent third parties, or the product categories our customers formulate into. It is not a claim for any product we supply. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no health claim for any listed ingredient should be inferred.
Specification sheets, brochures and technical documents are made available for your internal evaluation only. You may not republish, redistribute or supply them to third parties without our written consent. Documents may be watermarked with your organisation’s details.
Articles submitted by contributors are published only after our review. Views expressed are the contributor’s own. See the contributor agreement.
