Common questions

Buyer FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on grade and packing. Tell us your quantity in the enquiry and we will confirm with the quotation.

How does krill oil differ from fish oil?

The omega-3 in krill oil is largely phospholipid-bound rather than in triglyceride or ethyl ester form, and it carries naturally occurring astaxanthin. Exact levels are stated on the specification sheet.

Which physical form should I choose?

Available as oil / powder. The right choice depends on your dosage format — tell us the application and we will advise.

Can I get a sample?

Evaluation samples are available and are chargeable. Request one through the enquiry form.

What documentation is provided?

Specification sheet, certificate of analysis, MSDS and declarations ship with every consignment. Dossier documentation is released under NDA.
